I haven't had good food served fresh with excellent service with prices I can afford for good since 2020. They are the real deal ?

Boudin sausage was dry and flavorless. The oxtails were too expensive $30) for the quantity you get. Finally, the red beans and rice were sweet, ugh.

Reminds me of my grandma’s cooking! Portions were perfect for the price! Service is excellent, just be patient as everything is fresh cooked! I’m definitely coming back!

Food is absolutely HORRIBLE!! The ribs had very little ketchup ooops I mean bbq sauce even though I specifically asked for xtra sauce the fried cabbage was swimming in grease and way too salty and as far as the clams and tasteless red beans and rice goes, Popeyes are better. This place is NOTHING like Louisiana or Cajun… and IRS definitely Not Heaven. I tried calling for 15 minutes back to back and no one answered. I’ll NEVER patronize this place again. To all those family members who gave this place a good review, stop it already!!! This junk (can’t call it food) is totally inedible I wouldn’t feed this stuff to my dog!! ? I recommend going elsewhere

The lady upfront was cool. There was a decent wait (about 20 minutes). I ordered the gumbo , red snapper with Mac cheese, a piece of cornbread, bbq ribs cabbage. The only thing I enjoyed eating was the cabbage.It 's not gumbo without shrimp crab (must pay extra for). The red snapper seemed double fried. The Mac cheese was too cheesy for my liking. The cornbread was a little dry, and the ribs were extra wet. The cabbage was a 10/10 though.I will tell others about my experience and encourage them to taste it for themselves.
