Mcdonald's - Sacramento

I wasn’t expecting this; but honestly tonight at 9:50 I received some of the best not only service but food. Everything was fresh, the service was on point. Didn’t miss anything I asked for. I appreciate you guys so much. I’m shocked. Thank you again. 10/10 tonight. I hope this crew sticks around.

I visit this McDonald's frequently, and they consistently deliver great service. My orders are always accurate, the food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. The drive-thru can get quite busy, but they handle the traffic efficiently. The fries are hot and fresh most of the time.

The service here is excellent—always quick and fresh! However, I've experienced being overcharged and double charged on the app several times, which I assume isn’t their fault. The lobby is consistently clean, but the bathrooms can be somewhat unpleasant at times.

I was in the drive-thru when a gentleman's car broke down. I attempted to assist him, but being an older lady, I wasn't able to push very hard. Nobody else came to help! So, I walked over to the payment window and explained the situation. They promptly sent out three employees to help push the SUV through the drive-thru. By the way, the food was great as always. A big thank you to those employees who came to the rescue!
