Pressed - Sacramento

Omg. My first time ever at a Pressed Juicery and it is the most amazing spot ever! Tons of options and you can customize some of the items. I loved that so many of the items were organic, vegan, gluten free, GMO free and still tasty! I?m here visiting from Texas so I?m hoping they open some in Texas soon!

A lovely place I happened to notice and give a chance. I love that all their products have simple and natural ingredients, and you can request a sample of just about any of their products. Their freezes are THE BEST on a hot day! If you join their membership program, it gives you the best value. I like using my membership for the days I forget a lunch and don't feel terribly hungry, or want to treat myself to a drink, freeze or shot.

My husband and I went to this location an hour before closing on 1/29/2020. I called the first time to ask some general questions then a second time because we were having trouble finding the location. Both times Phillip was beyond professional and detailed in his explanations, I was excited to get to the store before we even arrived. Once we were there he and Onli (she was the second person working in the store) they were both extremely helpful with suggestions and directions. Onli has me try a desert that I normally would have frowned at but it was actually really tasty! Glad she convinced me! Then once we picked out our juices, they both worked together to package/label them carefully to help us even more AND THEN Phillip took it all to our car!! It was truly the best customer service I have received in awhile. As a formal general manager, I know how valuable great employees are and these two definitely set the bar high! I had never been to a Pressed Juicery before but I will certainly return. The product is great as well but I had to shine light on these two individuals. I was truly impressed!

The menu items are a bit overpriced in my opinion. I only bothered to get a $4 sample for lunch, expecting the probiotic to be cooling and mild, and when I read the ingredients, they seemed promising, but instead I drank a very ginger-like concoction that felt like burning sandpaper when I swallowed it. That being said, I haven?t tried enough of the menu to give a sufficiently comprehensive review. The service was excellent in its congeniality, and I like the atmosphere. I?m eager to try an açaí bowl when I have the time

Today is Thursday, store shows it opens at 11am it did not open at 11am. The opening employee comes in 6 mins late, is not getting orders correctly, told me she could not take my cash payment. This place needs to hire someone more reliable on task. Bad experience!
