Feedback gevenWe visit Red Lobster for a casual meal quite often. This time we were quickly seated in the bar area. The chairs were comfortable, but I wasn’t able to hang my purse on it. I refuse to lay it on the floor. So I had to set it on top of my feet while we ate. I had the bar harbor lobster bake. It was delicious as usual but was missing a lobster tail. I felt jipped. My husband had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and was was disappointed with it. He aid it tasted bland and the sauce was runny. He decide not to eat. My daughter had a shrimp Cesar salad which was satisfying and my son thoroughly enjoyed the lobster fettuccine. First time I’ve heard that there was “too much lobster” in a meal. It sure if that’s a good or bad thing. We were happy with the overall results of dinner, but there’s always room for improvement.
Lobster was a little under cooked. Received the wrong bill and waited for the correct one. Returned someone else's payment card to me after I payed my bill.

The food was cold and the garlic shrimp skewers were not fully cooked. We had to send both our meals back to have them fully cooked. The garlic shrimp had no garlic flavor or any other flavor. The garlic shrimp skewers were served on a bed of rice even though I ordered a baked potato. The baked potato was lukewarm and had to be sent back too. We had to ask for our salads and they were finally delivered several minutes after the entrees. Overall a very unpleasant experience for a $50 meal. One bright spot was our server, Destiny, who was pleasant, understanding and sympathetic to our situation. It's going to be a LONG time before we go back, if we go back.
Their website said opens at 11, open table made us a reservation for 11, got there, and they were closed. sign on building said opens at 11:30. Do not try and go there.
