Shake Shack Ice Blocks - Sacramento

Food was excellent as always and Kevin provided extremely kind and quality guest service! I will always stop off here until Reno gets their own Shake Shack!

This is the first time we ate at shake shack. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding and professional. Cannot recommend this establishment more.

Small mom n pop restaurant. Very nice settings. First time for our family. We had a party of 7 ppl. I was worried they won't have enough room due to the pictures. Well they were able to put 2 tables together to make it fit us.

Cashier lady was horrible to the point I started asking help from another member of staff . Old/ cold fries . Burger cold . I ordered 1 burger fries and a drink . A couple , then a family of 3 ordered after me and still got their larger orders ahead of me. Right before I was going to ask for a refund the waiter tried to rush .

Ordered hot chicken sandwich and ice tea. Ready as promised, staff here are always so attentive and nice. Sandwich was good, not what I consider spicy though. Clean and lots of tables, also outdoor seating.
