Taco Bell - Sacramento

I absolutely love Taco Bell—it's my favorite fast food restaurant! I'm genuinely a fan. UPDATE: This location had its struggles in the past, but it has completely turned around. The new team is incredibly friendly, outgoing, and welcoming. The food quality has also seen a significant improvement. I'm really grateful for these changes, especially since this Taco Bell is the most conveniently located one for me. Thank you for making my favorite guilty pleasure a fantastic experience!

I had been visiting this restaurant for quite some time, but I've consistently received poor service. The tacos are essentially just shells with a small amount of meat, lacking any lettuce and barely sprinkled with cheese. If you try to add extra ingredients, they won’t accommodate your request and will charge you anyway. I often find items missing from my order, and the food is carelessly thrown into the bag, which shows a lack of concern for customers. I would recommend skipping this location and going to the one on Folsom Boulevard instead, as the food quality and service there are much better.

Gone to this location about 5 times, it was closed unexpectedly twice, two times it was cash only without warning, and is almost always out of stock of what I want. Just got a burrito that was 1/3 filled. I like taco bell and want to support min wageworkers but this location is mismanaged terribly. Workers have always been nice but management must be incapable.

I used the drive-thru, and the experience was pretty standard overall—except for one team member who unexpectedly gave me a playful bump, which really made me laugh. His upbeat attitude, even in the short time I was there, brightened my day and made everything else feel like it was going smoothly. Thanks for that, buddy!

The absolute worst experience ever. I arrived at this taco bell at 2:00pm this afternoon to get some lunch. Immediately I see that everyone is running around behind the counter trying to keep up. Then I hear a screech coming from the back and see themanager on duty yelling at her teenage staff. She then slammed doors and yelled even more at the staff. Not only did my foodtake 30 minutes to be made (nothing against the staff there, they were under alot of stress) but I had to listen to this grownwoman berate and accoste these young people. She was an evil little woman who doesn't deserve her job.
