It is with great disappointment that I share my experience at this establishment.Upon arriving, I patiently waited for 15 minutes before being acknowledged and having my order taken. Unfortunately, after another 15-minute wait, I received an incorrect order consisting solely of drumsticks, despite having specifically requested otherwise.When I politely brought the error to the attention of the staff, they rectified the mistake, but the replacement meal appeared to have been spit in. Consequently, I was unable to consume it and departed from the restaurant.It is my observation that the employees were hired in the ghetto with no customer service etiquette, which I believe is unbecoming of individuals working in the hospitality industry.
The service was ok. Quick. The food was substandard. Dry. Not as tasty as we're used to from this KFC that we've been using for over 15 years. No napkins or flatware provided. Plus, the cost was so much more than our last visit of a few months ago. We'll be spending our $50 elsewhere. We were disappointed.
This KFC location really is dreadful I always give it a chance every year and it's always something! Last year I came through and we ended up with a piece of hair in our food and missing biscuits to our meal. The manager or shift lead on shift that day refused to make our meals again so we asked for a refund and she refused for about 10 minutes. Eventually, she did but I don't understand the bad service? Fast forward to today and I enter the drive thru hoping to order a float and they told me they were closed at 9 pm on a Friday night! This location is trashy, and we will no longer give chances. We will take our business elsewhere in Antelope!
I used to think the chicken pieces were stupidly small. They're getting better. Same great flavor. Send great spuds and gravy. Biscuits are a little lame. Best root
