Park Delta Bay - Sacramento County

Pros: very friendly neighbors, lots of shade, located right on the river with some beautiful views, friendly staff.Cons: horrible management. The laundry facility is unusable as nearly all of the machines are broken and have been for months; even the ones that do “work” don’t get your clothes clean and you’ll likely have to wring your clothes before putting in one of the barely working dryers. Do not come on busy weekends as the power will likely go out for most of the day (especially bad on hot days). They were told long ago by PG&E to update their system but that hasn’t happened. Wifi doesn’t work. Water quality is terrible. It’s either cloudy and brownish/yellowish or it’s more clear but smells strongly of bleach (and that’s after running it through multiple filters). As I write this the water has been all day since they shut off the water to fix a leak in the main water line; that would have been fine if they’d given any kind of notice! But as usual there was none. The worst part is that if you bring any of these issues up with the owner he just plays d as if there’s nothing he can do about it. If this place had just halfway-competent management I’d give it a 4 star but that just isn’t the case.

We had a great time at this park. The park host was very welcoming and attentive. Our kids had a blast at the pool, water, and grass area. We will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, have a lot of trees ? shade, kids, pet friendly but no playground . They have a swimming pool. The restroom is a high mess, and they need to upgrade it and clean it up. They do two weeks, and you must move back to stay longer. Monthly spots had a long waiting list.

The cabins are absolutely disgusting, spiders everywhere not taken care of at all... There 's a tenant who has spiderwebs all over his car and his rig it 's disgusting, Not to mention the disgusting amount of mice that are crawling in and out of his rig... And no one does anything...the bathrooms are covered in bugs and spiderwebs... Not a nice place!!!!!! '

We had an awesome time at the resort. kids had a blast! crew was very welcoming and engage! we had fun with all the games in the rec hall, pool, grass area and water sport area. definitely will be back and we recommend staying here. it is also close to some restaurants and boat launches. we will be back!
