Feedback gevenI have to commend the young lady working on oct 3rd on the afternoon shift. she was working by herself and was doing online orders and in store customers at the same time. I'm a regular customer there she never got flustered during the whole time I was there waiting for my order it was super busy and it is totally unacceptable that she would be there to handle this all by herself . the owner needs to have a backup plan I'm sure this is not the way its supposed to be done. once again kudos to the young lady today for be a true professional
This Dunkin' was very good when it first opened but has gone downhill very quickly. To be clear, the employees are by and large very nice and helpful and kind. However, there aren't enough of them working. I have been in here multiple weekends where only one person was working during a very busy time. She did her best to keep it all together and was still very polite to every customer she helped, but she shouldn't have to be put through that. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and there was still a line behind me and probably 20 pick up orders still to be made. I dont know what happened here but the employees seemed to leave en masse and the ones who are left are facing a huge burden. I went in one weekend in which a man and woman who I *think* were the owners were working because they had no workers. They had no clue how to do anything. They need to hire more people. If employees don't want to stay they need to look at why.
The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent. Occasionally, they get your order right, but more often than not, there are mistakes. The wait times can be quite long as well! That being said, I want to clarify that I'm not criticizing the baristas. This place sees a high volume of customers and could really use more staff. I believe the mistakes happen not because of a lack of skill, but due to the pressure of serving people quickly. Adding more staff would definitely help improve the situation. Despite these challenges, I genuinely support the small business owners in my community who are working hard to succeed, so I continue to patronize this establishment. My intention isn't to harm their ratings; I’m simply sharing my honest experiences.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, but there often seems to be only one or two workers on duty in the morning, which means there's a wait for mobile orders. I've attempted to place my order 20 minutes before leaving home, yet I still end up having to wait. I really empathize with the employees; it's not their fault that the employer isn't providing adequate staffing. I do admire how well they handle multiple tasks during the morning rush. I would recommend that they consider having at least three employees on for the morning shifts. I've noticed that the place is quite empty in the afternoons, which could give them the opportunity to adjust staffing levels accordingly.
They never get the Uber East orders right !!!! Order from them every morning you would think they would Get it by now ?.Does that look like a Cold Brew ? Idiots
