The customer service was lacking during my visit. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and despite having four bartenders on duty, I felt overlooked and ignored. Perhaps it's best to visit at another time.

On multiple occasions, the bar staff struggles to manage the line, leaving patrons waiting over 20 minutes while others are overlooked. Eventually, we just give up and go somewhere else, only to find ourselves waiting another 15 minutes just to settle our tab. Rarely have we seen proactive management to address these issues, and the service in the lobby lounge is equally poor. This has been a recurring problem for years, and it doesn’t seem to be related to COVID-19.

Absolutely delicious food every time! The fries here are among the tastiest I've ever had at a restaurant. Whenever I stay at the hotel, I always choose to eat here. My usual order is the classic BLT sandwich, but today I decided to try the grouper sandwich. It was decent, but it could have really benefited from some sort of sauce because it ended up being quite dry, just like the fries I had. On the plus side, the grouper was well-seasoned and blackened! However, the service can be a bit slow. There were moments when I sat at the bar upstairs and went unnoticed for 20 minutes—no one even said hello. I had to walk up to the bartender just to place my order. Once you get past that initial hurdle, though, the servers and bartenders are truly wonderful!

It took 23 minutes to drink. They are either vigilantly suppressed or the process is terrible. People simply push around the bar to get the attention of the bartender, so there is no proper order or right place to stand in an orderly line to order food and drinks. You should have waiters/wax staff for the tables around the bar. Will definitely not be here if we bring our own drinks : I honestly cannot imagine how much money they lose every day from people who simply go or don't order food and drinks as fast as they want. Someone should call Bar Rescue. PS: The bartenders are super nice people and work hard, so I just wanted to point out:

Amazing food every time. Some of the most deliciously cooked fries I have ever had at a restaurant. Every time I am at the hotel I only eat here . Consistently great food.? I usually get a basic BLT sandwich but today I tried their grouper sandwich. It was okay,would have been better if it had some kind of a sauce on the sandwich. It was very dry and all I got way ketchup for my fries. Grouper was very nicely seasoned! (Blackened) Service can be a little slow. There were times when I sat at the bar top and for 20 minutes no one even acknowledged me there or said hello. Had to get up in front of the bartender to order something.... Once that happen the server and bartender were very lovely lol.
