The branch manager Jane Wu went out of her way to find me a Taipei City cup after checking over 20 Taipei branches. They were sold everywhere. She traveled outside Taipei for 1 hour to find me. I call that service! Oh, and her America has exactly the right balance between espresso and hot water!

I asked for “extra extra whip cream and crunchies on top and bottom, like add less of the actual frappuccino” when ordering my caramel ribbon crunch and my dude behind the counter delivered. Madlad went absolutely ham. I feel like im dying but it was worth it.
