Jack In The Box - Safford

Honestly, I've been going to this Jack for breakfast every morning for almost two years now, and sometimes even lunch. I've never had a bad experience...never.Depending on their particular mood at the time, and how busy they are, sometimes the employees can be a bit testy but their only human, right, and they work in...fast food. So as for me you can double those 5 stars above this survey. Bravo!

Angel in the drive thru (1/2/24) (6:20am) was the best cashier!! She was so sweet and understanding! Thank you, Angel, for being so amazing!

I waited 50 years for Jack in Safford. Disappointed every time. Recently no CO2 in the building but still took money for sodas from each person without telling them first. When I wanted a refund, I was told there was no manager but she came out as I was finishing so she actually was there) I was also told that even without CO2 it's still soda! We watched many many unhappy customer that night. Manager said she had an emergency call to Coke. Amazing how people can just lie to get you to go away and stop bothering them.

Egg Rolls were spoiled, sauce was incorrect. Only thing ordered.

Horrible business, stood in the lobby for more than 10 minutes and not once did they even look to see if someone was waiting
