Elder Street Cafe Deli - Saffron Walden

This is a lovely little café tucked away from the usual spots. They offer a variety of unique sandwiches. I tried the 'ham, egg, and chips', and it was delicious. The location is great with plenty of parking available. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Saffron Forest.

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the service is exceptionally friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I had to share the seafood platter, and it was a hit! Everyone in our group loved the variety and abundance of options. One person particularly enjoyed it. The burgers were amazing, according to my grandmother. The fish and chips were also solid and popular among the family. We can't wait to try more from the menu. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

I came across this beautiful cafe/deli while on a cure. the coffee was delicious and eating amazing! beautiful selection on the menu and friendly staff. would definitely come back if I were in the opposite.

Have not visited here for a few years and it was very pleasant to be back. The menu has increased and there's a great outdoor salvage area and an interiors shop. We had the gyros and chimmi churri steak sandwich and both were delectable. We were too full for pudding so will have to come back for that soon!
