Hygiene is not maintained in these rooms; rooms definitely requires an upgrade. I stayed here because I don't have any options nearby. The price I paid for my stay was 2K, and you get the complimentary breakfast, which is simple to moderate in taste and quality. Overall, if they upgrade at least the toiletries, one could at least think of recommending this place to fellow travellers; otherwise, a big no. And they do have the restaurant in place, quality of ingredient they use are in low quality; authorities must focus on improving quality of ingredients in place at first.

Costly one. Washrooms- ok Balcony-Ok Location- Perfect View of Sagar and dam- Average Food- Taste is awesome, but costly

The rooms are huge nice and spacious. BUT The maintenance of the rooms is very poor....there is too much of power failure...no generator......no intercom..... difficult to connect at the reception or restaurant because of network issue...... bathroom door doesn't lock......water leaking from taps

The government's working style will be seen again here, Rooms condition is very bad, If u want to eat a complimentary breakfast in your room that will be charged, if you want to free complimentary breakfast there are mosquitos that will be given company in restaurants. Overall I'm not satisfied, but the location was awesome , I hope the luxury hotel will be open soon.

It’s not only occupied in rainy season or when we have water at SAGAR, with gates open. Else you will feel like HAUNTED place. Don’t expected food in non-season, only bread omlet and fried rice . Near by small hotels available for food
