China Garden - Saggart

This Chinese restaurant is the worst I have ever been to. The way the owner spoke to me on the phone was rude and disrespectful. I placed an order and when it arrived, it was completely incorrect. When I called to inform the owner, she pretended not to understand, despite speaking English fluently. This is not the first time this has happened, as she has made mistakes with my orders before. I ordered thick noodles with vegetables, but received spaghetti bolognese noodles with no vegetables. Despite taking our money, she refused to apologize or take responsibility for the mistake. I urge the owner to improve her English skills as communication is important in this industry.

The staff rarely greet customers, often ignore them until they finish phone calls, and do not discuss delivery options. The dishes with plain chicken are good, but those with seafood are not recommended as they do not properly cook the prawns and serve them raw with hot rice. Despite requesting properly cooked prawns, the staff did not make any changes and continued to serve them raw. The pork in sweet and sour sauce is made with old pork and a sauce made from sugar, vinegar, and possibly pineapple juice.

I placed an order for delivery at 7 PM but the food did not arrive until 7:45 PM. I had called a few times before that and was told that they had forgotten to cook the food. They then proceeded to blame the driver, even though it was not his fault. I specifically ordered the food for a certain time, so I was disappointed that it was late. I will not be ordering from them again, as they did not apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. Additionally, the food was cold when it finally arrived.

Avoid- 4 tiny popcorn style pieces of chicken in the spice bag. Chicken curry arrived like slop- Looked as If it had been sitting there for hours. Not worth the money.

Incorrect order. i order some chicken and they delivered a live chicken to my address. the man delivering said 50 dorra please and proceeded to light me on fire.
