Burger King - Saginaw

It says they are open and there are no cars on the way, and no lights in the building. that's at 7:30 o'clock. that's on tittabawassee. I'd rather go to mcdonald.

The restaurant's dining room was chaotic, with the staff and manager too preoccupied to ensure our meal was served correctly. Despite ordering a special dish, it still wasn't prepared properly. Additionally, the manager conducted an unprofessional interview with a young woman at a table next to ours.

On the journey stood before a date and was told by a woman rudely to stop. After 5 minutes, I asked the car-dru woman if I could order now, in which she snapped again, keeping her waiting for another 5 minutes, I moved away as I had no time to wait. about 2 hours later I went back to this place and the man who took my order was very nice, fast and efficient. if it weren't for the previous experience, I would have given 5 stars. on another note the cheesy jalapeno bites are delicious!

Eating was good and fresh, but that's because I had to ask for 25min where it was. I looked at the order screen and my order was not up there. I wait patiently and after repeating the same girl again and again, I'm sorry we're short occupied, I had enough. once I asked about my order that someone threw away carelessly, they made it fresh. but that was 30min after the order. short personal was clearly no excuse, as the 2 mobile orders and countless car rides all got their food in time. no one in the restaurant welcomed, nor apologized for this mistake. this was not a short personal, it was a competence problem and the person who runs the front counter has no customer service skills.

Only place you gotta wait 10+ minutes for some chicken nuggets and prolly has the most turn aways from how slow and unresponsive they are definayley not fast food
