Black Angus Steakhouse - Sahibabad

Food and service was good. We had the Campfire Feast for two. My one complaint is, that it was very hot inside (but regardless the wait staff was still hustling and working very hard even in the hot conditions). Overall we had a good meal and I didn't have to cook.

Sorry to say, not our best dining experience at Black Angus. The restaurant was seriously understaffed and their A/C was not working, so the restaurant was extremely hot. We thought our poor waitress was going to pass out from how hot was in there. Can't imagine what the kitchen must have felt like. We had to ask someone who our server was because we had sat in our booth for about 15-20 minutes with no one coming by to bring us any water, coming over to take our drink or dinner order. Not a great dining experience. We're hoping that this was a one-off and that the next time we go there, that it will better. Fingers crossed.

It was extremely HOT in the dining area. Our server was fantastic, but the service(receiving all parts of food ordered) was VERY SLOW. We've dined here many times, never had this experience. Say a total of 2.5 hours in our booth. Seated 15 mins late

Our go to place for steak. Their campfire feast for two feeds me and my husband plus toddler. Probably two toddlers. The price is very good compared to the quality of food and service they provide. Would always recommend!

Everything was wonderful for our 45th anniversary dinner except for the service. I was given the wrong meal. They just quickly put the food in front of us for each course walking by. I had to ask for a refill of iced tea. I was really disappointed. Not the usual friendly service.
