Peet's Coffee - Sahibabad

This isn’t a store. It’s a small place inside a grocery store. I drove quite a ways for a cup of Peets dark roast coffee. The lady says “today we only have medium roast.” They have two pots I don’t see why they couldn’t have both. Anyways I ask for dark roast and she just keeps repeating herself. “Today we only have medium roast.” It was a take it or leave it attitude. Not what I’m used to at Peets. I love Peets but this isn’t Peets. Went to the Starbucks across the parking lot. They were out of dark but she immediately offered to brew more for me.

It's not the Peet's Cafe.. it's a store and in it you get cold and stale cofee

To everyone that read the reviews... stay away from the so called PEETS storethis is not your truly PEETS coffee..... they use different type of older style machines and they don't even make the coffee taste like an original PEETS coffeethis is your gas station $1 type of coffee quality... don't waste your money go to a genuine location or you will be totally disappointedI gotta latte that they charged $6 and it tasted literally like hot water with coffee flavorworse than gas station qualityyet the sales person was arguing she did it correctly I had to ask the manager to refund me and I got my money back and I will stick to real Peets coffee places

When I walked in with my friend, Lisa only asked him questions and made his drink instantly instead of asking me anything. She didn't even look at me while I tell her I also want to order. When ordering, she keeps looking at my friend while asking questions about my order. Our drinks came out bad too which was disappointing. When we left, she gave us a side-eye. It doesn't help that I'm Asian and my friend is white.

Horrible Coffee with Horrible Customer Service. Yuck.
