However, I would like to congratulate one of your employees, Laurie, whose first name has stuck in my memory because her warm welcome and her smile are so memorable. It would be wise to value her caring approach and ensure that she receives the respect she deserves, particularly from one of the managers who, I have noticed, does not always speak to her appropriately .
