Feedback gevenOne of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life: the employee who took our order told us that there was no more chicken tenders, with arrogance. 2 minutes later at the drive thru, he took orders of chicken tenders... After 25minutes, we went back and the employee forgot our order.
They took our money and the girl walked away. Our food was sitting at the window for 5 min before she finally came back. When I asked why my food was left there she told us she was busy but I watched her from the window gabbing. When I called and spokewith the manager Brittany she told me that is how they work things there. And both of them were very rude and have no customerservice
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru yesterday and asked the lady to repeat herself because the sound was unclear. To my surprise, she insulted us! I can’t believe how rude she was. Additionally, good luck trying to read the Taco Bell menu – the plastic cover is so old and dirty that it's difficult to see through. Overall, this place has aggressive employees and is just terrible.
I visited this restaurant today between 12:00 and 12:30 PM and placed a drive-thru order since the dining area was closed. They forgot to include some items in my order, so I went back to the window to speak with the staff. I politely explained that they had left out the bread and sauce, but then one of the girls in the background came to the window and insisted that it was in the bag. I assured her that it wasn't and offered to show her the boxes as proof. At that point, she became overly aggressive and acted like someone out of control, while the other staff member at the window closed it on me. After a few minutes, the first lady opened the door to give me the bread, but I refused it and asked to speak with a manager. She claimed to be the manager, along with the aggressive staff member. It is unacceptable for someone so confrontational to work in customer service. I think KFC should investigate this situation further. I wanted to report them, but they refused to provide me with the name of that lady. I advise staying away from this location as the food wasn't great either; the chicken was overcooked.
Terrible customer service. I used the app to place an order and it indicated that the restaurant opens at 10:30 AM, with my food ready by 10:45. When I arrived, I was told they don't open until 11:00. Why does the app allow orders before the restaurant opens? That wouldn't have bothered me too much, as I could easily cancel my order. However, an employee felt the need to come out and tell me how wrong I was for ordering at that time. I would have been fine waiting the 15 minutes I expected, but waiting an additional 15 minutes on top of that was not an option. The Saint Albans location has to be one of the worst KFC/Taco Bells I've ever visited. I'll take this as a sign to avoid it in the future.
