I am absolutely in love with the orange cardamom croissant; I don't know what their secret is, but it's undoubtedly among the top five pastries I've ever had in my life. Their kouign amann is also a must-try! Honestly, everything looks so tempting. The croissants, focaccia, cakes, tarts – you name it, I want to try it all! I must also give a special shoutout to the person behind the counter. She was so cheerful and friendly, enhancing the overall vibe of the place. This spot truly is something special, and I highly recommend stopping by the next time you're in St. Albans!
I heard about this place from Loré Pemberton on IG. There is a few of her beautiful little pieces of art there, which we got! And we were not sorry to discover this bakery! The pastries, muffins and quiches were not only pretty, but sooo good. Seriously, they're the best we've had, they were incredible. And the staff was so welcoming and gentle. We are from Quebec, but will definitely come back!
I highly recommend this bakery! It’s definitely one of the best small, local bakeries I've ever visited. They offer a wonderful variety of both savory and sweet options every day, and both are equally delicious! I can't wait to go back and stock up!
This is the best spot in town for fresh bread and pastries. They offer a delightful variety of sweets, and I especially enjoy the croissants, lemon bars, maple cheesecake, tarts, and cookies. The fresh bread is fantastic as well. The staff is incredibly friendly, and there's a charming little seating area. They also have a coffee shop located in the same building.
Really enjoy the food here. I haven't yet had something I dont really like. My favorites are the goat cheese and tomato danish and the quiches. My wife loves the lemon poppy seed muffin.
