Sardella - Saint Albans

Another jewel through the award-winning chef craft. eating and service were a standout. heavy fish was perfectly cooked and chicken dish was juicy and tasteful. not polite and simply a pleasant experience by a wonderful staff. I hope to come back soon.

All three culinary experiences in sardella were moderate due to the service. it's incredibly slow. my sense is that the server has too many tables. budget at least one hour and fifteen minutes (proven longer for a weekend.)

Excellent food, pleasant service, pleasant surroundings what more could a diner want?

Our server did an amazing job and the food was pretty legit. We had the burrata bruschetta, roasted carrots, ricotta cavatelli, black trumpet scarpinoc, and the sump espresso affogato.

The food and ambiance is amazing. I expected a little more personality from our server though and I think he should have asked if it was our first time visiting, which it was. I feel that should always be the first thing a server asks.
