Feedback gevenThis place is comprehensible new management and he is very nice to my granddaughter and wife and to me the food us very good and the workers there are so beautiful and great in making sandwiches!
So I have to say that I have completely stopped coming into this subway because the old owner was really a POS and terrible customer service... I saw it under new property and my conformation here was like night and day! So better customer service now! Food was great.. People were great. happy to say I will visit this subway again!
This place could be under new management, but they could also have learned how to make sandwiches from previous management. I ordered a 6 inch Veggie Sub tonight. My wife took it with her and brought her home. Well, if you're wondering what the salad or spinach accepts on it, you expect the sandwich to have a bit in it, right? Wrong! Two Limps and very thin slices of tomatoes, four whole slices of onion, one of which is one inch long, two olives approaching the whole sandwich. It looked like finger food, not a sandwich. Oh and dressing? None. A smile is great. But if you cannot secure the friendly service with a quality product, you either have to call franchise operations to retrain you or sell the business to someone who can actually produce a quality product.
The place is under new ownership and the owner is nice. He actually smiled unlike the old owner. We'll be back. If you quit coming here like we did, you should give it another try. I told the owner he needs to put up a big balloon and get a billboard to let people know it's under new ownership. Oh, I almost forgot, the food was good and just like it should be.
This owner is amazingly arrogant and rudeI have been here a couple of time and knew he was rude but just chose to ignore it until today.
