Feedback gevenTerrible experience. I called and asked if they were frosty. They just said chocolate. I've been there for 30 minutes. : 10 minutes we had to pay. they told me they didn't. the type in the window was joking around and asked for my number.
They are fast and eating is really good. no real complaining, it is classic almost food. but the limonades and the spicy nuggets are my weak.
So today I went through the drive and ordered an apple pecan salad with an additional dressing. my total was $9.42 I gave her $10.42 she gives me my food. no change of reception. if I get my acknowledgement, it says $8.42 why I paid $9.42. my manager does not allow us to put the strike on the reception for direction. then they should not load the customers for it. I'm very confused. I need more reply
The road thru line at this place always long, so I went in instead. good was a good service. had the first time, that was good
If I could give no stars, I would. I love Wendy’s and was excited to get some after my flight. We waited at the drive throw for 10 minutes, no one answered. I walked up to the window and just asked if we could order at the window because no one was responding. I was smiling and polite, and before I could fully finish, she said they’d get to me is an ex treatment rude tone and immediately shut the window. We drove away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
