Feedback gevenThe food was hot and delicious, but the staff made me feel quite insignificant. When I reached the final pick-up window, I was asked if my order was in my pocket. When I confirmed it was, the staff member expressed her gratitude by tossing the bag at me and then quickly looking away. I'm sure she is a nice person in real life; she didn't come across as rude or anything like that. However, it was clear she was in a hurry, which I found puzzling since there was only one car behind me and no other customers waiting. I wouldn't normally mention this, but it happened a few times during my visit. I appreciate their effort to fill orders quickly, but I prefer a more relaxed experience without feeling rushed, especially when there’s no eye contact—like I’m just a tick on a to-do list. It's something they might want to consider when interacting with their customers.
