Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Absolutely horrible, disorganized service in lobby. Chicken was just a touch over luke warm. Biscuits(I was really looking forward to the biscuits and ordered 3 extra) were mediocre, slaw was edible. Can't say anything about the mashed potatoes because they weren't in the bag, and I absolutely refuse to ever step in that place again, so y'all can keep those! The only thing I can say anything good about is the apple pie. The young blonde headed lady who I believe was actually working drive through kindly put my order together after I had been bypassed for 20 minutes and finally asked to cancel my order for a refund. She was very polite, so thanks to her..

Placed an order at a kiosk, waited 19 minutes, asked for a refund because nobody was making my order still, assistant manager acted like he couldn't give me one and finally started making my order. Finally got my food and lit was luke warm at best.

Listen, this is by far the worst Customer service I have experienced.... Yall need to clean house... Starting with management and then get rid of the crew.. No hats no hair nets. Have Airpods in their ears at the window.. Attitudes are ridiculous

This was some of the worst service I have ever had in the food industry. I ordered food in advance at 9:15 pm. I arrived at 9:30 pm. As of 10:11 pm I am still waiting and have not been given my food. The staff was extremely rude to me throughout the entire process. I watched people arrive half an hour after me and get their order before me. When I went to the window and asked why it was taking so long the cashier insulted me. Then they told me to pull up and wait upfront. After 20 minutes of waiting here and see 3 more new customers served their food, I backed up to the window and asked if I could please have my food now. The workers proceeded to insult me and act in a way devoid of all professionalism. I asked to speak with the manager and was yelled at by him. I continued to ask if I could please have my food that I have already paid for and he told me to pull up and wait or I wouldn’t get it. All the workers proceeded to laugh and make disparaging comments. I pulled up and waited for another 20 minutes and was still not brought my food. At this point I have been waiting over an hour for a very simple order. The treatment by the staff and verbal insults were atrocious. The wait was outrageous, I don’t know if I’ll actually ever get my food but this will be the last time I ever eat at a Popeyes again. (note at 10:21 I finally got my food)

Food was cold... But tasty... Would have given 5 stars if they would have had my frozen strawberry lemonade... But they didn't and then looked at me and shrugged like they didn't know what to do about it so only 2 stars
