We visited the Terrou region last week (Oct 2014 . What a pleasure to find a new bakery in town. It's clean, bright and fresh. A beautiful setting. The bread tends more toward a rustic bread than the more common processed white flour baguette but that is by no means a criticism! The pastries we tried were excellent. The quiche was exceptional a surprisingly sweet pastry crust with a custard like filling, the salt of the bacon and cheese balancing the sweetness of the crust perfectly. We only hope that we can return soon to make this our regular morning stop. Best of luck on this new venture.
