Alley 64 Grill - Saint Charles

Terrible customer service. They took my friend's ID and claimed it was fake simply because it was out of state. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant when they took my ID, claiming it was fake. I have an out-of-state ID, and if you look at their other reviews, you'll find that this has been a problem for other customers as well. They refused to return my ID, and I ultimately had to involve the police to get it back.

The hostess was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our experience special. The food was also delicious!

Been on a decline for a decade. Not a bad place to end the night on when downtown stc but they have not improved at all in 10 years

Disrespectful staff and disappointing DJ. They could have a full dance floor and I would see at most 2 people dancing. I expected more from the owner being the DJ, but he is as much as a let down as the whole establishment. Wish I could give lessthan 1 star.
