Caribou Coffee - Saint Cloud

I've always been impressed by the staff, with just one exception. The manager and team are incredibly friendly, and you can really see how well the manager oversees everything with great thoroughness and efficiency. The location is excellent, too.

It's well known that Caribou Coffee is far superior to Starbucks. Their iced mint condition with an extra shot is unbeatable and outshines anything available elsewhere. Plus, the customer service is genuinely Midwestern—very friendly and polite. There's a reason I always choose Caribou.

Caribou maintains a good level of consistency across its locations. The latte I enjoyed here was nice; I've had better ones, but I've also had much worse.

My friend and I visited this coffee shop on our way to the Eunestone Museum in Alexandria. I ordered a Turtle Mocha Cooler and he got a Nitro Latte with milk. Both were delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, delivering our orders perfectly. Please note that you need to use the drive-thru unless you have an online order to pick up. Overall, I’m very pleased with this location. Caribou is definitely my favorite coffee shop!

The staff at this location are very friendly. I will definitely be returning! Additionally, I think the breakfast sandwiches here are far superior to the ones at Starbucks.
