Mcdonald's - Saint Croix Falls

This place was so terrible that I literally don’t have enough time to explain everything that went wrong from the very beginning.

This location in St. Croix is consistently under-staffed and does not take orders at the register. The drive-thru only has one lane open, and even then, the service is very slow. It seems like the staff struggles with basic instructions. The disorganization means that either some orders are mixed up or there are numerous issues with each order.

This location only offers drive-thru service due to staff shortages. The food is simple yet delicious.

Friendly staff. Has what you expect from a McDonald's
