Pokawa Saint Etienne - Saint-Étienne

I really like the concept and the place. The variety of ingredients, freshness, quality, ... Attention to rates, however!

Pokawa, it’s original, it’s good, it’s healthy. But when we get delivered, there’s always something missing in order, it’s not respected, vinegar rice is actually not, and a dessert is replaced because stock break... Of the last three deliveries made in the last six months, three times, the order was incomplete did not match what had been requested. It’s very frustrating. Fortunately it’s pretty good, without which I would be frankly disappointed!

Plating to very generous proposals despite a price perhaps a little excessive. I would also like to congratulate the employee who welcomed us and served with the smile and who, from a customer point of view, perfectly managed his service and clientele (she has a tattoo on the front arm). I still don't understand how she can be alone on a Sunday noon service, the waiting was fatally impacted despite her will.

The prices are excessively expensive for the little that there is on the plates, and the staff is very unpleasant. I'm not coming back!

I loved the concept and the welcome that was reserved for us. Moreover the quality is largely at the rendezvous and the room is super nice. Bravo!
