Feedback gevenThe food is OK for a Tim Hortons, but the atmosphere of the restaurant needs to be reviewed, with employees shouting, cursing and insulting each other loudly enough that I have no difficulty hearing them. The employee who takes your order smiles at you and is super pleasant but the one who gives you your order doesn't even look at you and practically throws the order on the counter. I even saw an employee sitting on a counter. I will come back because Tim is Tim but the atmosphere needs to be seen again. In terms of cleanliness, I have nothing to say.
The staff is friendly! The problem with the service and the place is that there are clearly not enough people to be efficient, and that has been going on for a long time.
For those who work at the hospital, you must arrive at least 45 minutes before your shift, otherwise you are late!?

I ordered from a delivery site. The order has arrived. But the employees had replaced each item of my order with items (not) at all equivalent. For example, my dozen donuts became a box of 6 muffins. I ordered two specific biscuits and I got two completely different ones. In short, I would rather have someone contact me or cancel the order than send me (at my expense) items that I did not want. If I had wanted a muffin box I would have ordered it.
