Photography tip: I recommend bringing a 100-400mm lens or any zoom lens, as I was able to capture fantastic shots both on the train and while walking around. Enjoy your visit!

This is arguably the best zoo we've ever visited! The animals appeared happy and well-cared for, which was wonderful to see. There was such a variety of animals, all in great condition! We loved every moment of our visit. The train tour was fantastic, featuring so many bears, bison, deer, prairie dogs, musk oxen, horses, and moose! We even got to see the beaver!

Terrific zoo with native animals and great habitat provided for them. Quality facilities.

Nice little zoo to visit. The map of the zoo is really well organized so one could easily follow the times when the animals were fed. The best part of the zoo is the train ride into the « open » zoo. All signage is bilingual, so don’t be put off is you are anglophone. However the train ride guides instructions and descriptions are only in French (although to be fair they might be able to cater to anglophones we simply didn’t ask as we were fine with French).

The zoo was decent in terms of the animals they have, which include a polar bear, a grizzly bear, and a red panda, among others. The train ride lasts about an hour. Unfortunately, the tour guide only spoke in French. That said, the scenery is quite beautiful for a zoo.
