My family ( including children and grandchildren) all spent a delightful evening last week at The Comptoir de GenesThe meal was the best my son and wife had had at a restaurant for some time !The steaks were all cooked to perfection and the deserts were yummy! Wines were delicious too!!Would definitely recommend!

A casual family-run business promoting a rich selection of Bordeaux wines. Very friendly atmosphere and fine cuisine. I would strongly recommend the "Magrès dr cannete" as well as their infamous "pavé de boeuf". Overall a great place to have have a friendly dinner. Best place you could possibly find in the Castillion area. I highly recommend this place.

Great food, fine dining at very reasonable prices. Unique place surrounded in cases of wine. Love to go back. Thankyou guys !!

We love to go back again and again to this relaxed, welcoming restaurant among the vineyards.It's a special place: a combination of wine wharehouse, brasserie and bar. The food style is grill menu, with a range of specials and lovely things in addition.We've visited for lunch and dinner, and never been disappointed. There are so many great wines on display, it's a challenge to know where to start! So we normally just ask a team member there to make the choice for us . . .

This charming restaurant/bar/boulangerie/grocery store is a wonderful place to pick up any and all Castillon wines. Lunch here is always a treat. Particularly the tapas. One day we arrived after lunch had finished but the friendly staff sold us salad ingredients and we made and ate our own lunch like a picnic right there in the bar. Highly recommended.
