They need better services. the drive thru line was long and inside was another very long waiting.

I'm not quite sure what happened, but many items on the menu were unavailable. Overall, the Huh and the Zinger were really good.

I ordered a three-piece chicken combo in a sandwich box, but there was no explanation given. The customer service was quite average.

The food was enjoyable, but it took quite a while to finish our meal. The pricing was a bit confusing; they offer a 9-piece option for EC$56, yet if you add up the prices of the individual pieces, it comes to EC$49. We created our own combo, and it turned out pretty well.

This place never had biscuits or mac n cheese lines out of the compound.... clearly popular. Would not cook any extra for demand even if customers were willing to wait- as foriengers this is something we're used to perhaps they should adapt to this approach especially if it's more than 30 mins before closing instead of discouraging customers to leave so they can go home on time.
