I had a pleasant dining experience earlier in the week with courteous service and a good atmosphere from the staff. However, when I returned today, the quality of service was not the same. One of the employees placed her personal effects bag on the counter, with the sleeve of her sweater barely 2 cm from my order! The same employees were still making inappropriate comments about customers in front of me. I saw her handling orders without washing her hands properly with her fake nails. The atmosphere in the dining room was different from earlier in the week, with cardboard glasses and forks instead of real utensils. The sandwiches were not assembled properly, everything was crooked in the bags.

Make us wait for 20 minutes because of technical problems I can understand but when you arrive 25 minutes before the end of lunch and they make you wait to tell you that there is no more lunch!

The restaurant was overall good, but they did not have the fruit drinks that were advertised. Therefore, they were not available as advertised.
