If I could put 6 stars, the restaurant Le Saison would have them. The decoration is neat, and from the beginning of the material, the aperitif is a pure wonder. Vanilla apple juice is succulent and mignard too. Serious things can start. I tested the 5-stop menu and I wasn't disappointed. The service is impeccable, the explanations of the very interesting dishes. As for flavors, totally dazzling. Even full belly, dessert slips easily into the palate and stomach, so light, fresh and surprising. Then comes the infusion to help us digest everything.
