Flora Springs Tasting Room

We haven't been in the Napa Valley since the pandemic. I was shocked how many things have changed. I am not used to the reservation system, so it was a bit of a learning curve (FWIW, I like it). We tend to go to 1 2 tasting rooms to see what is new and to buy wine. Reservations look like many people, and that's not a bad thing. I wish I could remember the name of our host. She was as wonderful as her partner in crime. We were not rushed at all. We need to try some things that were not on the list. They were so gracious that we not only bought wine, we are back in their club. I will update this review by name when we go back what we will. They were just wonderful.

Richard is the epitome of an amazing sommelier. He met us on a Sunday for a tasting, he took so much more time than planned and really into the history of Flora Springs and the wines they offer, but also the time to change our wines according to personal preferences. You cannot miss Richard or Flora Springs when you visit Napa. A really quiet jewel with the best team!

I've been enjoying her wine for over 20 years and have never had a bad red. During my recent visit to St. Helena, I had an appointment in her tasting room, where Tom assisted us. He was fantastic! We loved all the wines, and he was both friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Flora Springs' wines and their tasting room. I also appreciate that they waive the tasting fee if you make a significant purchase. This used to be a common practice among wineries, but many have become greedy and no longer do so.

We joined the club because every single wine we tasted was delicious. What's special about this wine club is that they make me feel special! Just got a delivery and inside was. Note and two holiday wines! I'm a member of many wine clubs, but they are the first to send me a holiday gift! Thank you so much! We love the holiday cheer and thoughtfulness!
