Grand Tronc - Saint-Hyacinthe

Johnny Hallyday's bar! A great French atmosphere in a casual setting! The bartender (Jolyane) is fantastic!!! She respects the musical tastes of the clientele! There is a lack of pastis but the waitress promised to order some soon!

I highly recommend trying the steak at this restaurant - the food is fantastic and the service is excellent, especially on Fridays.

I'm not really a party-goer anymore, but the small terrace has given me some nice evenings! It's sad to see the Grand Tronc empty of all its nightlife because of the pandemic. Parking is available and easy to access. The terrace view is nothing special, but the atmosphere is great!
