Simple unpretentious but delicious. This is essentially a pasta station where you select the pasta, sauces and add-on. Service is fast, food is fresh to perfection. Everything made in front of you. The food in this area. Bolognaise, Salmon Boucane, etc. were really good. We came back from the nearby hotel again.

I was staying close by at the Holiday Inn Express and stopped in on a whim. We were tired from a long day of travel and my daughter, who is 5, wanted pasta..... there is no arguing with a tired five year old. So into the breach we went, and what a pleasant surprise. We had two different pastas and an Asian noodle dish. The dishes were prepared right in front of us in a very quick and professional manner. I got to try all three and what I can say is this: very tasty very fresh good value Truth be told I have had better pasta dishes.... but rarely at his price and never at a walk up pasta bar. So my hat is off to them. The location is close to the Trans Canada Highway, shops and hotel. The interior is modern clean and virtually new. Service was prompt and professional. To sum up: great value great taste great location Being the crazy foody I am 5 stars are rare..... but I am willing to go 4.5. Well done Mia Pasta!!
