Rotisserie St-Hubert - Saint-Hyacinthe

While traveling, we often look for familiar comfort food, and this restaurant was a longtime favorite of ours. When we stumbled upon it, we couldn't resist stopping in. The food was delicious and the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. As we continue our travels, I hope to come back to this restaurant. The chicken dish is a classic, and my son particularly enjoys their poutine.

The service was okay, but the food was below par. We ordered 2 hot chicken sandwiches and they were not even hot. Both sandwiches had cold gravy. We could have complained and asked for a replacement, but we chose not to. Instead, I am writing this review and will not be returning next time.

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. They have excellent COVID-19 protocols in place for social distancing. Our server, Samuel, was fast, efficient, and courteous. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. The dry ribs, wings, and onion rings were hot, fresh, and flavorful. The cream of chicken soup was satisfying. Our water glasses were always filled. Will definitely be coming back.

We both ordered appetizers, followed by ribs, wings, soup, and dessert. The service was excellent and efficient. The food was served quickly and hot.

My business associates and I visited a St. Hubert location for the first time together. Three out of the six of us had not been to a St. Hubert in over 20 years, so it was important that our meal went well. Overall, the food was excellent, but there was a small issue with some dirty dishes being brought to our table for the coleslaw. Once this was fixed, we all had a great experience. I ordered a piri-piri chicken sandwich with a Caesar salad, which was delicious and filling. I also shared a pitcher of Labatt's 50 Ale with a colleague, which was a nice surprise as this brand is not commonly found where I live. It brought back nostalgic memories. I plan to return to this restaurant next year when I am in town for our annual event. It was a very enjoyable experience. - C GFB
