I can’t express in enough words how thankful I am to the cake decorating staff at this DQ location! ? Thank you for accommodating my husband’s requests for my birthday cake! Although you were unable to print edible images (note to reader: it seems to be the case at many of the other DQ locations in Vancouver), you were still able to produce the theme we wanted. The cake decorating staff, with a big thumbs up to Sharon, truly went above and beyond in researching the theme and promptly replying to his emails (even late at night). Apparently, our theme was very unique. Good to know for next time! We would be more than happy to come back here for future birthdays or other celebrations! ?

Ok yesterday I called manager about thisThe person at counter totally incompetent and should not be working till after 4 times her redoing my order what was simple2 DOUBLE CHEESBURGERS AND I SAID MAKE ONE PLAIN AS ITS FOR A KID I GET MY ORDER ITS 1 DOUBLE CHEESBURGER AND A SINGLE PALIN BURGER BUT WAS CHARGE FOR 2 DOUBLE HAD NO TIME TO PLAY GAMES AND LEFT
