The oshi sushi was amazing, even my kids loved it!I definitely recommend for takeout or a two person lunch, not suitable for larger groups but that’s ok. It’s the kind of place to go for a treat lunch on your own, or to get catering from.
The omakase chirashi bowl is delicious. Decided to try this place today and was really happy with the quality and the value of the meal. The omakase chirashi bowl is well worth its value, it is fresh, the quality is there and the taste is great. It goes well with soya sauce and their seasonings. The salmon was the highlight and so was the scallop in the dish, it was very sweet and had great flavour. Will try out their oshi sushi rolls at another time but I’ve heard they are quite good too. I’d recommend this spot if you’re craving a good chirashi bowl, it’s worth a try. Good quality overall and the chef was very friendly.Parking: There is free parking along Grandview Street
Skip this place. Ordered on Uber Eats, got a couple of classic rolls, and some Oshi's. Everything tasted like it had been left out for a couple of hours before it was served. The classic rolls (salmon avo, tuna) weren't good. Hard rice, bad rice to ingredient ratio, I would put them below grocery store sushi. The salmon oshi was okay. The Wagyu was nasty, thrown it out after the first piece. It was like having sushi with a piece of tough rubber on top.Overall extremely disappointed, half of the sushi I ordered I ended up throwing out. These prices are on par with some of the better neighbourhood sushi places in Vancouver making this a horrible value.
Really delicious oshizushi and very good price! They are very accommodating and kind. Definitely coming back when I'm in vancouver.
My current favourite take-away oishi. As their menu is specific, all their packaging is streamlined.Flavour, freshness, not overly dressed bites, and super friendly staff/owner.
