Mcdonald's - Saint Ives Australia

I recently ordered from McDonald's for dinner, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Regrettably, I didn't double-check my order at the time of pickup, assuming that all items would be included. However, upon returning home, I realized that a part of my order was missing. This inconvenience was particularly frustrating as I had my child with me, and I couldn't thoroughly inspect the order due to other responsibilities. Having to make an additional trip solely for one missing item was inconvenient and disappointing. I hope for better attention to detail in the future to ensure customers receive what they paid for.

Very clean place and quick service, all you would expect in a Victoria drive food place!

I went there today service is horrible i had to stand in-front of the cashier for 15 minutes and still no body came to ask me if i needed anything. After standing for a while i finally got this girl attention called zara and she was very rude to me. Not

Expensive location 30c to $1 more expensive for most items. Go to the Kingsway/Victoria location if you can, it's a bit cheaper.On top of being one of the most expensive locations in the city this one's also one of the worst. They clear off all orders from their pick up screen making for a confused, full lobby of everyone asking if their order is up. Use the system as it's meant to be and things would be a lot clearer and run more smoothly!Somehow, this location also has the worst McIced coffee ever.

Mcdonald's. Classic, always great food. NEVER DRIVE TO THIS LOCATION Parking lot very small lot, always full and traffic is terrible so it takes more then 5 minutes to leave the lot once you try and get out of your spot.
