Pho Khanh Express

I stumbled on this delicious restaurant! Enjoyed the vibe and a good book

I'll start by saying I didn't get the Pho at a Pho place. That might have been my mistake. I went there intending to get Pho, but they have a pretty broad menu, and after looking at it, I decided I was more in the mood for the beef curry.It was not good. There wasn't a lot of beef, and the beef was stringy, dry, and gristly. The sauce was thin and bland. And the rice was clumped together like it was the last bit that got scraped out of the rice cooker after sitting too long.I suspect this place just has a menu that is too broad for their own good. A lot of the good reviews on here talk about the soup, so if you come here, try the soup, not the curry.

Great food but hours are not up to date.. We showed up before 10 and they said they were closed. Google says 10:30 :

The pho broth was bland, portions were small compared to other businesses. Additonally, the Banh Mi was lacking flavour and had small meat portions. Overall very disappointing experience.
