Starbucks - Saint Ives Australia

I stopped by this Starbucks for a quick coffee. The coffee (probably the most important part of this review) was very good. I personally got a caramel macchiato, which is my favorite. I would say it was on the higher end of the curve in terms of taste compared to other Starbucks. The place itself looks nice and we'll kept. Overall I would say it is clean.

Have studied here for years. The manager has always worked extremely hard and has fostered a seemingly fun place to work. Customers can tell and frequently drop by for a classic Starbucks experience. Keep up the good work you guys.

I can not say enough good things about the consistent friendliness and excellent service at this location. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are pleased with your order. In response to the negative review written a week ago there was a new gentleman filling in last week at this location who had the worst attitude and created the bad atmosphere you described. It can take one person to ruin it for the rest. This same person provided me with horrible service and the following day the staff apologized on my behalf and gave me a complimentary coffee (unsolicited). The reveals how much the regular staff at this location care about customer service.

Good Starbucks: quite a few tables and some chairs with padded seats. Staff friendly and helpful. Green tea latte was hot, not lumpy and the cup was full, so I am happy :

One of the best Starbuckses ever. I always have a lot of fun here. Great view. Very cozy and calm. The staffs always so friendly and smiley. I always feel comfortable here either in day time or at night.
