Feedback gevenOne star service is for the cheap owner. You own a franchise, you need to keep up with new products being offered by Tim's. Also, you need to treat your employees better.
Friendly staff, and Food is decent (by Tim Horton's standard .Frustratingly, low priority placed on in store service, often only one staff appears to care about store front while others are sometimes doing very little to help, resulting in long waits when only one or two people are in front of you.I've had a couple weak/watery coffees (I assume high graded from drive thru. Please wait till the pot's done brewing or it results in a weak cup for the poor people who get the rest.Parking: Usually sufficient parking unless a delivery truck is blocking the lot.
The new renovation makes this space brighter and more inviting. I’m looking forward to my next visit. The staff is friendly as always, making your stop for coffee an enjoyable experience! ?
Terrible staff and customer service. Took 10 minutes to get our coffee. An older lady was serving the customers lined up while the rest of 5 staff members were simply standing and gossiping. Would have been a appropriate if couplenof them had stepped forward to serve the line up. Bad indeed.
This Tim Hortons looks like the zombie apocalypse went through. Nothing is open, not even the drive through.
