Aspen NYC - Saint James

After a very snarky concierge checkin who insisted of a party of couldn't be seated until the last arrived, then told we had to order immediately for the if we were seated, I was ready to go to one of the myriad other great restaurants nearby. Luckily we didn't, and after we ordered food and waited minutes before asking if someone could take our drink order, the meat feast arrived and was a hit. Don't know how the service and attitude merits a Michelin star but my guests loved it and we would all return.
