Ruby's Ice Cream - Saint James

Incredibly delicious homemade ice cream! Definitely the #1 stop in the area if you ask my kids!

Very good ice cream, but the mint chip ice cream was stingy on the chocolate chips. We still like to stop there on our way to The Lake.

Ruby's Ice Cream has been a long time favorite! Their ice cream is homemade, super creamy, and so much amazing flavor! The waffle cones are also all homemade and so tasty! I love stopping by for a cone any time I'm in St. James and I loved seeing the little trailer at the Phelps County Fair this year! If you're looking for some great ice cream, make sure you stop into Ruby's! The owner, Kristin, is an amazing woman as well and always has the biggest smiles for her customers. You can tell she has a true passion for running the business.

Best Ice Cream ever! Butter pecan is worth any drive. New Pumkin Cream was worth a new eat. Also tried Bacon Maple and coffee and no sugar adde Butter pecan. Any traveler on hwy 44 must stop and try this homemade natural ingredient ice CREAM!

Great little place to stop for ice when you travel on I-44. Friendly staff, good hand-cooptes house made ice cream. Good selection of flavors including the classics. I'll say the colors are quite alive. I don't know if that's a good thing because we stick to more classic flavors.
