Le Clos de la Bueges

Very bucolic and located in an old garden, just by the peaceful Buèges that flows to reach the river Hérault, 12 km from there. Sandra and Pika make this place live which often causes the crystalline laughter of her hostess. The dishes reflect a refined, fine and very tasteful cuisine; a real Alchemy of which are gifted our two tenancy turrets, but mainly under the leadership of Pika. Sandra is, she is, the conductor who turns between the tables of the guests, then at the dive; to the logistics. It's a subtle balance between melokos (for example, local dishes), good regional wines, a friendly atmosphere but not Rococo and, therefore, these friendly P 'tit Resto characters. We went to the Clos de la Buèges in August and found this very nice restaurant. A refined and refined cuisine, fresh and local products. A warm welcome and a map that changes regularly.

This nice little restaurant welcomes you in a nice little garden by the river in a quiet. The welcome is warm the dishes cooked with local products are excellent and very well presented. It changes fried steaks and pizzas that are now everywhere.
